How to Secure your date!
50% deposit is required to secure the venue
Remaining 50% balance due no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event date.
You will be allowed full access to the lawn area from 8:00am on the day before the event until 12:00pm on the day after the event.
ALL Licenses are at the client.
– Permission from the Police (District A)
– Loud Music Permit
– COSCAP Permit
– Liquor License for the sale of alcohol
– Health License for the sale of food (St Philip Polyclinic)
– Insurance for ALL items namely infrastructure, accessories, props etc used for your event.
– Burn Fire Permit for the use of Barbecues or Open Flame
