Depicting the essence of exclusivity, L’ Belle Lawns boasts over 20,000 sq ft of enclosed space accommodating up to 300 seated guests (1500 standing guests) with adequate parking adjacent.

Lawn Area 1

• 22,000 sq ft of enclosed space (two entrance points available)
• $6500.00 rental fee (6-8 hours allotted event time)
• Eight (8) Restroom facilities 
• One Small Storage unit
• One 50′ x 50′ Metal Truss with Cover
• Parking area.
• All other infrastructure (including lighting, tents, a generator and bathroom accessories) are the responsibility of the client

Lawn Area 2

• 22,000 sq ft of enclosed space (two entrance points available)
• Parking area.
• $3500.00 rental fee (6-8 hours allotted event time)
• All other infrastructure (including lighting, tents, a generator, bathrooms and their accessories) are the responsibility of the client

• 50% deposit required to secure venue
• Remaining 50% balance due no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event date
• Full access to the lawn area from 8:00am on the day before the event until 12:00pm on the day after the event.
•  ALL Licenses are at the client.
  – Permission from the Police
  – Loud Music Permit
  – COSCAP Permit
  – Liquor License for the sale of alcohol
  – Health license for the sale of food
  – Covid Unit approval

          –   Insurance for ALL items namely infrastructure, accessories, props etc used for your event. 

      – Additional $1000.00 refundable deposit for damages which may occur during rental period.

          – Burn Fire Permit for the use of Barbecues or Open Flame
